The AC in the room was wonderful and the price was affordable. the staff members were friendly and welcoming, even apologizing for the issues with the internet connection. the food served at the hotel was tasty and worth the price.
The bathroom needed repair and maintenance, but I saw a sign stating that it was under construction. I would have appreciated free slippers in the bathroom and hangers for my clothes.

Ideal base for a 1-night stay. Our room was very clean and just what we needed, AMIABLE staff. Short way from Matias Barbeque, where you can have lunch.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with the airport and JCenter Mall nearby. the breakfast provided is decent, and the staff is friendly. the rooms and shared bathrooms are small and not very comfortable.
The lack of clear instructions to find the hotel can be frustrating, especially if you are arriving at night.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during our new year stay. The location is great as it is near to a mall and business areas. We also enjoyed the clean and comfortable facilities offered by the hotel.
The surrounding area is not ideal and sometimes noisy during the night. The directions on how to get to the hotel were not clear which made it difficult to find.

Our stay at Amax Inn Cebu was great. The room was clean and comfortable, with a working air conditioner. The breakfast was included and delivered right to our room, which was a nice touch.
